I hereby agree to rent the premises of NIGAV Centre for the specified purpose, duration, and under the stated conditions. I will comply with all the terms and conditions of use and payment as required. The rental agreement allows me to use any or all parts of the premises and facilities, but it does not create a lease or tenancy of NIGAV premises. It is simply a license to occupy the premises for the agreed-upon period. The NIGAV Centre and the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, as the landlord, reserve the right to remove any individuals, including agents, employees, invitees, or contractors of the renter from the premises and airport vicinity, if they violate any of the renter's obligations or engage in conduct that is objectionable to the Centre.
